Guarantee

All our items are carefully quality controlled and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not satisfied with, provided it is returned within seven days, in unused condition and packed in undamaged original packing. Should you wish to return any item, please obtain a proof of postage certificate when posting at your Post Office.

In the unlikely case that we cannot promptly deliver due to demand you will be advised of any delay, together with revised delivery date. In the event of unavailability you will be advised and given an opportunity to cancel or offered an alternative.
